The Foundation is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Interactions with drivers can take place in an environment where drivers work under precarious conditions. Drivers may fear consequences as a result of discussing the reality of their employment situation or the non-compliant practices of their employers. For this reason the RTDD Foundation has a strict policy in place that protects the identity of drivers.
